Beeline Additional State-Specific Privacy Disclosures

This additional state-specific privacy disclosure page ("Disclosure") supplements the Beeline Privacy Notice for Talent Offerings and is effective as of the date noted directly above. The Beeline Privacy Notice for Talent Offerings describes the Personal Data that we collect, the sources from which we collect it, the purposes for which we use it, the limited circumstances under which we share it, and with whom we share it. These additional disclosures are required by the California Privacy Rights Act, Colorado Privacy Act, Connecticut Data Privacy Act, Utah Consumer Privacy Act, and Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, and serve as a Notice at Collection under the California Privacy Rights Act.
Categories of Personal Data collected:
The Personal Data that we collect, or have collected from you or other Talent Offering users in the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Disclosure, fall into the following categories established by the California Privacy Rights Act, depending on which Talent Offering was used:
- Personal Identifiers including street name and house number (address), postal code, city of residence, country of residence, mobile phone number, first name, last name, initials, signatures, screen name/handle, email address, social media identifiers, unique identification numbers such as IP addresses, employee number, social security number, national ID, student number, unique identifier in tracking cookies or similar technology, and financial information such as bank account name, number and pay rates;
- Customer (User) Records including authentication data (for example user name/handle, password, security question, audit trail);
- Geo-Location Data (for example, Cell ID, geo-location network data, location by start call/end of the call. Location data derived from use of wi-fi access points) and Device Identification Data (for example IMEI-number, SIM card number, MAC address);
- Protected Classifications such as DEI and other information that you consent to provide within your Profile that may reveal age, gender, race, sexual orientation, or other protected classifications;
- Photos, video and audio such as that which you might include via links to your personal URL or social media accounts;
- Internet Activity Data (for example browsing and search history while on the platform);
- Job-Related or Professional Information including employment data derived from your association with a customer or a supplier (for example job and position data);
- Education Information (for example degree and certification history); or
- Health Information such as that you may share with a supplier or customer for onboarding activity.
Categories of Personal Data disclosed for a business purpose.
The Personal Data that we disclosed to the third parties identified in the "How We Use and Share Your Personal Data" and “Other Reasons We Share Personal Data” sections of the Beeline Privacy Notice for Talent Offerings about Talent Offering users for a business purpose in the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Disclosure falls into the following categories established by the California Privacy Rights Act, depending on which Talent Offering is used:
- Personal Identifiers including street name and house number (address), postal code, city of residence, country of residence, mobile phone number, first name, last name, initials, signatures, screen name/handle, email address, social media identifiers, unique identification numbers such as IP addresses, employee number, social security number, national ID, student number, unique identifier in tracking cookies or similar technology, and financial information such as bank account name, number and pay rates;

Advertising
We do not share your Personal Data for the purpose of cross context behavioral advertising as such is defined by the California Privacy Rights Act.
We do not share or otherwise process your Personal Data for the purposes of targeted advertising as that term is defined under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, Colorado Privacy Act, Connecticut Data Privacy Act, and Utah Consumer Privacy Act.
Your Data Rights
You may have certain data rights under state privacy laws, including to request information about the collection of your Personal Data by us, to access your Personal Data in a portable format, and to correct or delete your Personal Data. If you wish to do any of these things, please contact us as set forth in the “Inquiries” section of the Notice. Additionally, you may have the right to opt out of the processing of your Personal Data for targeted advertising where we have confirmed such processing in this Notice, as defined by the Colorado Privacy Act, Connecticut Data Privacy Act, Utah Consumer Privacy Act, and Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, or the sharing of your Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising, as defined by the California Privacy Rights Act.
You may also have the right to appeal the denial of any of these rights by submitting a request as set forth in the “Inquiries” section of the Notice if we deny any data request in whole or in part. Depending on the legal bases for our processing of your Personal Data, your data choices may be limited or unavailable. For example, we are required to maintain information in conjunction with any data request you make to us. To ensure the security of your Talent account, we will generally ask you to verify your request using the contact information you have already provided. If you do not have an account, or if you are an authorized agent under applicable state law, contact us via “Inquiries” as set out in the Notice.
No Sale of Personal Data
In the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Disclosure, we have not sold any personal information of consumers, as those terms are defined under the California Privacy Rights Act.
California Privacy Rights Act Sensitive Personal Information Disclosure
The categories of data that we collect and discloses for a business purpose include "sensitive personal information" as defined under the California Privacy Rights Act. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose not expressly permitted by the California Privacy Rights Act.
California Privacy Rights Act Retention Disclosure
We keep your Personal Data to enable your continued use of the Talent Offerings, for as long as it is required in order to fulfill the relevant purposes described in the Notice including the Talent Terms, as permitted or as may be required by law, or as otherwise communicated to you. For example, we retain your transaction history with suppliers and customers so that you can review past activity while your Talent account is active.
California Privacy Rights Act Non-discrimination Statement
We will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their rights under the California Privacy Rights Act.
California Privacy Rights Act, Colorado Privacy Act, Connecticut Data Privacy Act, Utah Consumer Privacy Act, and Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act De-identified Data Disclosure
We may use de-identified data in some instances. We either maintain such data without attempting to re-identify it or treat such data as Personal Data subject to applicable law.
Colorado Privacy Act Profiling Disclosure
We do not engage in profiling of Talent users in furtherance of automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, as those terms are defined under the Colorado Privacy Act.
Annual Reporting
We do not receive requests for access to or deletion of personal data sufficient to qualify for reporting by us.
