Report 2: “Vendor Management System PEAK Matrix® Assessment” by Everest Group
This research evaluates 25 leading VMS providers across dimensions of market impact and vision and capability, including market adoption, portfolio mix, value delivered, technology capability, support, and engagement models. Beeline highlights: In April 2026, QKS Group published an in-depth perspective recommending Beeline as a strong fit for both large-scale and mid-market external workforce programs. In its 2025 report, SIA evaluated and compared 23 VMS solutions from 22 leading global VMS providers. The report is ideal for buyers needing a high-level overview of the VMS market, major players, and the critical differentiators that set providers apart.
Key insights for buyers: In the last 20+ years, VMS functionality and usage have evolved significantly. While once functioning exclusively as a system of record, primarily used to manage staff augmentation job requests, candidate submittals and onboarding, VMSs now provide clients with sophisticated technology used to not only procure contingent labor but also provide SOW management, process automation, compliance and risk mitigation, and data-driven decision-making.
Beeline highlights: For the first time, SIA evaluated Beeline Enterprise and Beeline Professional separately.
Beeline Enterprise earned top recognition for delivering “Best Imaginable” capability across 103 of 111 critical VMS functionality attributes. SIA cited Beeline Enterprise for particular strengths in candidate sourcing and management, supplier management, SOW (services procurement) management, reporting, and analytics. Beeline Professional was cited for delivering strong functionality for small to mid-market organizations, delivering “Best Imaginable” capabilities across 46 critical functions.
